** Exchanges**
Customers may exchange "unworn" items due to sizing issues
and may swap out item(s) for the correct size.
Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are nonrefundable. We only accept returns for defective or incorrect items.
Upon the return of a defective or incorrect item,
the customer will be refunded for the item
and the cost of shipping.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please contact us at (getsupport@madebymarquis.com) within 7 days of receiving your item. Requests made after the 7 day period will not be approved, and the product must be unworn and unwashed.
